No-Show Policy and Cancellations

Reservations and appointments are important to us — and to everyone who wants to look and feel fabulous. Please read our policies below so we can keep things running smoothly.

Bookings and Confirmations

• All appointments require a confirmed booking. We’ll send a confirmation and a reminder via the contact method you provided.

• If your contact details change, please update them so we can reach you about your appointment.

Cancellations

• You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment time.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of $50

No-Shows

• A “no-show” is when a guest fails to arrive for their appointment and does not notify us.

• No-shows will be charged a booking fee as we run by appointments only.

• Repeated no-shows (two or more) may result in requiring a deposit for future bookings or refusal of future appointments.

Late Arrivals

• If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but service time may be reduced so subsequent appointments are not affected.

• If lateness prevents the service from being completed, the appointment may be treated as a cancellation and charged a fee.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

• To cancel or reschedule, contact us via the method shown on your booking confirmation. Please include your appointment date and time.

• Cancellations are not considered complete until you receive a cancellation confirmation from us.

Exceptions

• We understand that emergencies happen. If you have a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We review exception requests on a case-by-case basis.
